Q: How could you comment on ASK Riga performance so far in SEB BBL?

B: The season was terrible for our team. Too much injuries, too players taking part when unhealthy. Also there were too many games in a row, too much flights. The biggest problem obviously was the huge number of injuries. Like I said, the season was terrible, but we finished it in the third place, and I hope we are ready and prepared to fight in the Final Four. I know that we can win.

Q: Is everybody healthy right now?

B: Yeah, everybody is healthy. Maybe A.J. [Bramlett] is recovering and that’s why he didn’t play in the last game. But I’m sure he will play in the Final Four in Siauliai.

Q: When did you start to prepare for Final Four?

B:We started about a week ago. After the last game we worked on our physical condition. Of course, we also worked on our basketball elements. We had an exhibition game against „Khimky” – a very strong oponent. We lost by 20 points but we did a great job, so we are ready to fight.

Q:Is there any special feeling for you to go back to Siauliai where you worked before joining ASK?

B: [Laughs] I don’t know... I don’t think about that because now my home is in Riga. I don’t think about anything than just fighting and winning games.

Q: What is the aim for your team in the Final Four?
Of course we will fight for a medal. Which place exactly – that I cannot say. I can say just one again, though – we will fight for a medal.
