In the first game of the quarterfinal Siauliai demonstrated great offense and outclassed Barons/LMT at home 90:84.

The guests started it off better and after a three-pointer by Dainius Adomaitis they led 5:0, while later on 9:2. However, Siauliai quickly took the initiative ad overbalanced the score in their favour - 17:15. The first quarter was finished 27:21 up by the hosts.

Barons/LMT tied the score at 33:33, when Donatell Jefferson scored two points at the stripe. The game was very close till the end of the first half, which ended 51:48 up by Siauliai.

Siauliai appeared fresh after the halftime. They regained a bigger advantage and controlled the situation on the floor. Virginijus Praskevicius and Donatas Zavackas provided with the leadership and Siauliai closed the third period having 70:63 lead.

In he fourth Siauliai was able to get a double-digit advantage, but with the help of J.P. Batista and Armands Skele Barons/LMT cam back in a game reducing their deficit to 5 points - 78:83. Three free throws by D.Adomaitis and a long-range shot by Raimonds Vaikulis allowed the Latvians to make it a 1-point game - 83:84. Yet, in the final minutes of the game Siauliai was able to get a slippery lead and win a game.

D.Zavackas scored 20 points and had 11 rebounds for Siauliai, Antonio Grand and V.Praskevicius (7 rebs.) added 16 apiece.
