2008-03-24 09:49:00 est what i'm the most amazed about, is that Müürsepp has still got plenty of offers from the top clubs of europe. He said that two of the offers were from Girona Akasvayu and Efes Pilsen Istanbul..
2008-03-22 20:54:00 dd i think it just shows the level of BBL, there are no weak teams and easy picnics for big clubs
2008-03-22 19:54:00 BCK Kalev hasn't really showed its potential. The management couldn't complete the roster well - many players has been sent home. The players didnt have bad backgroud, but they just didn't fit in Kalev. (Marlon Parmer was training with Minnesota Timberwolves, Nate Johnson had good spell in Italy) It looks like players have some problems with coach Matic aswell. The injuries have been affecting Kalev aswell: every player I think has had an injury and at the moment Travis Reed is still injured. Kalev is using only like 60-70% of its potential. Next year HAS TO BE better as I am quite sure there will be clear-out and Matic will be sent home. The club really trys to resign Travis Reed. The club already got contracts with Valmo Kriisa and Rait Keerles. Kristjan Kangur will stay in Kalev if he doesn't get decent offer from some European club. The club signed contract with Martin Müürsepp, ex-NBA and ex-CSKA guy who is still quite valued in Europe as he had offers from Spanish and Turkish club, but he wanted to stay at home, Kalev. I believe that Kalev could make some head-ache to bigger clubs next year, if we could get decent american guard.
2008-03-22 19:38:00 rytas So Kalev has lost with 1 point to Žalgiris and now 2 Rytas also. Amazing: is the 7th place club really that uncomfortable to our giants? And I have 2 confess that I am 1 of those who said that Estonian clubs will do nothing much in BBL, but I have 2 eat my words now. They can make our men sweat, but still Rytas is best!
2008-03-22 18:52:00 to rytas yeah. you are right. Kalev had the chance to win the game, but Kangur missed the tap-in in last seconds.
2008-03-22 18:26:00 rytas The game didnt matter anything, but the fact is that Rytas won Kalev by 1 point, if I´m right?
2008-03-22 14:11:00 rock Tartu Rock' main center Brian Cusworth got injured in thursdays training session and his participation vs Å iauliai is in doubt. So that could probably turn things around.
2008-03-22 13:32:00 to rytas ventspils will play with ask, no doubt. Rock will play with Barons, no doubt. Then it's going exiting!
2008-03-22 12:51:00 RYTAS!! First pair is ASK Riga - Ventspils. The second pair is Barons and Å iauliai/Rock, cos Å iauliai-Rock game is the only one pair that is really exciting.
2008-03-21 17:52:00 aaa so probably jus challenge cup winner stays in elite and replaces last elite team. So vef hd to wn against nevezis to stay in league
