VEF Riga picked up an important one by overcoming Alytus 93:81.

VEF Riga started the first half without any visible success and inspiration. They were unable to bank their open shots. This was a treat for Alytus who accumulated an advantage after the first half 34:42.

On the contrary, the second half was completely different. Jeromanovs drilled three consecutive looks from behind the arc. This helped hosts to gather some momentum. The result was the change on the scoreboard in their favour. Alytus slowly started to brake down: they did not score any points in three minutes in a row. Urbonas was the only players in the roster of the guests who tried repaint this picture. Unfortunately, he did not find any support from his teammates. Alytus could not change the flow of the game, and the final score was 93:81 in VEF Riga favour.
