In the first half of the game ASK Riga ensured more than 20 point lead and managed to hold the lead till the end of the game thus going to Final Four tournament. The final result of the game was 83:70 (20:9, 25:15, 18:24, 12:17).

Danusevicius with a lay-up opened the result for Siauliai. On the next episodes Vitols and Helmanis nailed three pointers and already ASK Riga leading the game. Kadziulis answered with a jump-shot but ASK Riga kept shooting three pointers – Vitols was precise once again. After the commercial time-out Runkauskas increased the lead for ASK Riga till 11:4. Then finally Siauliai scored as well. They came as close as 13:9 but then Mazutis organized 5 points in a row for himself and Stelmahers added a jumper setting the result in this quarter 20:9.

Second quarter was started impressively by ASK Riga – Kalve and Helmanis scored from beyond the line making it 26:9. Brothers Kuzminskas took the game on their shoulder and decreased the lead 26:14. Next on Helmanis continued to be the hero of the night as he scored from all the positions increasing the lead of team ASK Riga till 20 points 36:16. ASK Riga continued to control the game and holding the lead around twenty points. After Kalve’s dunk it was 40:20. First half of the game ended up with an impressive lead by ASK Riga – 45:24.

After the half-time Siauliai tried to come back in the game and it was successfully done. They scored seven points in a row and it was just 45:31 in the favour of team ASK Riga. From now on the game equalized and ASK Riga hold the lead around ten points. Right before the commercial time-out it was 49:38. However the final minutes of the third quarter was played better by the players of team ASK Riga. Especially Kalve who took the leading role in these minutes. After three quarters it was 63:48.

In the final quarter of the game Slezas and Grafs exchanged jump-shots. Then Pridotkas scored a two-pointer for Siauliai but Runkauskas made a three-point shot for ASK Riga. Then Vitols added two pointer and it was almost twenty point lead for ASK Riga again. However Siauliai did not want to give up. With the help of Praskevicius, Kadziulis, Slezas and Maceina they came as close as 71:62. ASK Riga was forced to take a time-out. When it was still fou minutes left the result was 75:65 ASK Riga being ahead. Now it was Siauliai coach who asked for a time-out. It did not help as Siauliai missed their shots. 30 seconds to go Kadziulis realized three free-throws making the result 79:70 but that was it. Mazutis scored two free-throws for ASK Riga and Kalve added a dunk setting the final result of the game 83:70.
