With a lot of key players missing, Kalev/Cramo had no chance beating at home Ventspils. Even though the first quarter belonged to the home team, rest of the game belonged to Ventspils, as the latvians won 82:60.

The second quarter started with a equal game as after five minutes of play Rock was still leading the game by 4 points -24:20. Further on Siauliai added some important points and slowly destroyed the defense of team Rock and the first half of the game finished with the result 37:30 by Siauliai.
