After the shock in the first minutes Valmiera came back to take over the lead of the game and finally celebrating an impressive victory 93:58 (17:19, 24:13, 26:9, 26:17).

The final quarter was tottaly different. Seemed, that Kalev/Cramo  woke up  as they very quickly increased the lead until double digit (65:76,5min.). After Keerles 3-pointer Kalev/Cramo  had 14 points advantage. When 2 minutes was left, same Keerles added 2-pointer and Estonians got the biggest lead in this game 71:86. So, Kalev/Cramo did their job and in the last minutes was more or less safe.

VEF Riga scored 42 points in the second quarter and they had +50 after three quarters. The final result of the game was 113:61 (25:14, 42:16, 28:15, 18:16) VEF Riga won the game.

It was a close game in the final quarter as well.   And this quarter started better for Lauvas, as  Kravcenko and Patmalnieks made a three-pointer. The result was 55:57 (8min.)and the game could be started again.

The hosts Ventspils already in the first quarter get a lead of more than ten points and till the end of the game continued to increase it leaving no hope for Nevezis. The final result of the game was 107:62 (27:13, 33:13, 25:16, 22:20).

Nevezis started the second quarter with good rhythm and the score became 19:15 (7min.) by Kedainiai team.   Nevezis kept intrigue until big break as they had just minus 6 points. Players went to the locker-rooms as the scoreboard showed 29:37 by Zalgiris.

Nevezis made a key run after the halftime and got a strong double-digit advantage .
After 5 minutes played Darius Gvezdauskas made 2 points shot and establishing a solid lead for Nevezis 49:32.  The score after three periods was 60:41 up by the Lithuanians.
2009-10-03
Third quarter started as disaster for the guest team Nevezis.  Siauliai, with good D.Gailius performance, has made a  big run and was leading the game with strong double-digit advantage - 63:44 (4 min.)  Till the end of the quarter Nevezis did any difference in the result and was no able to start the final quarter a little bit more promising as the result was 75:49 in the favour of Siauliai.
2009-09-29

The opening Elite division  game in Kedainiai started with Martynas Gecevicius, Dejan  Borovnjak and Aron Baynes points – 8:2 by Lietuvos rytas. But later the game was equal, both teams had problems with scoring their points. Last two minutes in the first quarter was played really good by the team Nevezis as they came ahead - 13:12.  It promised an interesting second half of the game.
