In the first quarter both teams started very slow, but later on Ventspils took initiative (4:9, 7min.). Derrick Low scored two points and result was 6:9 up by ventspils. In the middle of this quarter the Latvians were in front by 6 points  - 8:14. Siauliai has made couple mistakes and it was good for Ventspils, because they were aggressive in the offense. Next on Mindaugas Zukauskas scored two pointer with a foul and result was 15:19. Until the end of this quarter Siauliai has made a run, but Ventspils still was in fron by 3 points - 20:23.

In the second quarter Ventspils was in the same rhythm (22:30,8min.). Siauliai could score and Ventspils use it. Janis Strielniek scored three pointer and result was 22:33 up by Latvians.But Siauliai did not want to give up, because M.Zukauskas scored three pointer and result was 25:33. In the middle of this quarter Siauliai was very close (28:33). Until big break Ventspils was more accurate and teams went to the locker rooms Ventspils being  in front - 34:42.

In the third quarter Siauliai started strongly, but Ventspils was able to hold their lead (41:49, 7min.).
In the middle of this quarter the Latvians still were in front by 6 points -  45:51. Ventspils could feel very safe, because Siauliai showed desire to fight and the difference between both teams was not big (48:54, 3min.). Until the end of this quarter Ventspils scored some important points and recovered double digit advantage -  51:64.
 

In the last quarter Ventspils was "on fire" (55:69, 7min.), but Siauliai tried to hold intrigue in this game. In the middle of this quarter the result was 61:69. Later on M.Zukauskas scored a two pointer and result was 67:74. Next on M.Zukauskas scored a three pointer and Siauliai was very close  - 70:74. Derrick low scored quick two pointer (72:76, 3min.). When 2 minutes was left, Vytautas Sarakauskas scored two free throws (76:78), then same Sarakauskas has made a dunk (78:78). Then D.Low scored a two pointer and Siauliai was in front  - 80:78 (1 min.). When 17 seconds was left, Siauliai still had a lead (82:80), but Janis strielnieks scored amazing three pointer with a foul (82:83). In the last atack Siauliai scored quick two pointer  but the this shot  was  questionable.
